Hi Ray,
This error usually has to do with allowed user roles settings not being stored correctly. In the full version of the plugin you can set up which user roles are allowed to see or not the circular navigation. Some users have reported that when upgrading to the full version the user roles array is not correctly initialized with some defaults values. Please, can you check in the options panel, under the “display” section, if there are some user roles allowed to view the circular nav?
Our guess is there are no user roles allowed at the moment. Just simply activate the ones you need or all of them and click save changes again. After that the plugin should be working correctly.
If that does not help, we will go on finding out what could be happening.
Best wishes
